Rare Fruits Council (RFC) is a multi-disciplinary agency founded by Rick de Zwart and Sietze Kalkwijk, in which product design, graphic design and concept development join forces to deliver a fresh, unorthodox approach to the creation and shaping of brand identity.

Our focus lies in the deconstruction of a product as a means to communicate the story of its origin. RFC aims to explore new ways to inform, challenge and entertain the user, to entice his/her interaction with the product.

An essential aspect of our work method is that no one discipline is subservient to the other. The organization of a project is set up in such a way that the participants inform and inspire each other throughout the creative process.
